Overall… I think Thornado fit him better in the narrative of the whole series in general, but Skullcrusher fits him better in the looks.Sit down before the fire as I will tell you the tail of the Lord Of Shadows and Wraith's bringer of twists and turns, man of great 'will' and bringer of Spruce Wood into every house in Minecraft but hey, you can't blame me. Now I think Skullcrusher fits Stoick but in a more… esthetic way like this is the dragon one could imagine for this big man and I admit that Stoick riding a Thunderdrum looks a bit silly, but I just didn’t like that in the end Skullcrusher got over his death right away and just decided to make friends with the new guy.

So the first time I saw this dragon was of course in the second HTTYD movie, at the time I started watching Dragons: Riders of Berk series just when Stoick got his first dragon (Thornado the Thunderdrum) and honestly I liked their relationship and I was hoping he would appear in the second movie but it wasn’t the case, I was a bit sad but understood why (That was before I knew Thornado had to go before that). Here we have another excellent example of a dragon that looks super intimidating until you look at their little tiny legs.
